Overview
Digital Shopify gift cards can be found in Lightspeed by navigating in Lightspeed to Reporting > Gift card report.
Note: You can check the balance of a digital gift card sold on Shopify in Lightspeed using the full gift card number.
Only the customer will have access to the full card number.
Manual Lookup
If you don't have access to the full gift card number, you can manually search for a gift card in Lightspeed's gift card report by looking for the same last four digits of the Shopify gift card. Similarly, gift cards sold in-store can be identified in the Shopify admin by the last four digits.
