In Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) press SAVE on the product to force an update from Lightspeed to Shopify

Overview

Each time items are modified in Lightspeed Retail (X-Series), they are updated automatically in Shopify. This includes when inventory is sold, received, transferred, or adjusted. Inventory updates to Shopify asap, usually in about 1 minute. Updates can take longer if you are in the middle of a sale or syncing a large number of products. Contact your Customer Success Manager if you need faster speeds.

Note: Mortar will overwrite manual inventory adjustments made in Shopify.

If you find an inventory discrepancy between Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) and Shopify, follow the step-by-step below.

  1. Press Save on the product to update it
