Overview
Curious about what the Accumula app is up to right now. Checking the live status is the first step to knowing what the App is working on. You can check further by expanding the applications and looking at the service's detailed timestamps.
Account Status
Checking the sync for frequently updated objects is an excellent way to verify everything is working.
Live Status
The live status updates every 30 seconds. If you recently updated a few thousand products in your point of sale, the timestamps will take some time to update. The Service Status icon indicates whether Accumula can connect to your POS or online store.
Detailed Timestamps
Timestamps update only when an update with new information has been completed. Some objects' time stamps will not update as frequently as others.
Sync Direction
The Accumula App sends or receives information from your POS and online store during each sync.
Export means the integration is sending information.
Import indicates that the integration is receiving updates.
Self Help
Example use:
Question: I recently made several changes to my POS products. Has that information made it to my online store?
Answer: Compare the detailed timestamps between your POS and online store products. If your POS product Import timestamps are older than the Shopify Export timestamps, the POS changes will be on your online store.
Example: Lightspeed Retail (R-Series) to Shopify
The most recent item edits were received from Lightspeed Retail (R-Series) at 11:49 AM. By contrast, product updates were sent to Shopify at 6:28 PM.
If you have not made changes to thousands of POS products, your Accumula settings and timestamps have not been updated; there may be an issue. Use the chat button to reach out to our support team. To expedite resolution, include a specific example product or order and what you expected to see. If there is an issue with your data or service, we will find it and provide guidance.
