Adjust the Accumula App settings for how orders sync to your Shopify account.

Overview

Most general settings will not need to be adjusted after an account is onboarded. However, if your workflows have changed or you upgrade your Accumula plan, you must select the Save Settings button to retain your adjustments.

Note: Access to settings is determined by your Accumula plan level.

General Settings

Name

Download Orders

On/Off

On = Orders can sync to Accumula

Download Fulfilled Orders

On/Off

On = Orders that have been marked as Fulfilled on Shopify can sync to Accumula

Download Unfulfilled Orders

On/Off

On = Orders that have not been marked as Fulfilled on Shopify can sync to Accumula

Download Archived Orders

On/Off

On = Orders that have been Archived on Shopify can sync to Accumula

Order Minimum Created Date Time

Date
Time

Orders created after this date and time can sync to Accumula. Time based on account time zone.

Download Paid Orders With No Transactions

On/Off

On = Orders marked as paid but which contain no underlying payment details can sync to Accumula.

Do Not Download Partially Paid Orders

On/Off

On = If a Shopify order is only partially paid, don't sync it to Accumula.

Assign Employee

Dropdown List

Select which point of sale employee Shopify orders are attached to. Not valid for Heartland users.

On = Allow orders with pending payments to sync to Accumula.

Refunds

First Priority Location = Route refunded line items that were already marked fulfilled in Shopify to the first priority store from your Accumula routing priority list.

On = Treat all refunded line items as restocked regardless of whether they're marked restocked in Shopify.

Fulfillments

Pick-up Order Ready-For-Pickup Tag

When defined, the tag will be applied to pick-up orders and fulfillment details will not be sent to Shopify by Accumula

Taxes

Match on Tax Code Name
Match on Tax Rate
Single Tax

Lightspeed Retail = Match on Tax Rate uploads Shopify taxes as a tax class associated to each line item on the sale record.

Heartland = Match on Tax Code Name applies taxes exactly as they're received from Shopify.

Single Tax = Alternate for Lightspeed. Apply a single tax rate to all sales created by the integration in point of sale, regardless of what tax details were applied in Shopify.

Tax Inclusive Pricing

On/Off

On = Enable when tax inclusive pricing is enabled in both point of sale and Shopify.
Item prices sent to Shopify support tax inclusive pricing.
Line items downloaded from Shopify are calculated as including taxes.

Often used by regions with VAT taxes.

Update Taxability

On/Off

On = Update the taxable status of a Shopify product. Only applies on update and not on create.

Note: Products are always initially created as Taxable.

Tax Code for Single Tax Mode

Dropdown List

Used in conjunction with the Single Tax Tax Mode. The selected tax is what is applied to all sales created by the integration.

Payments

Tag to Payment Method Mappings

Tag, Point if Sale payment type

Use an order tag to assign specific point of sale payment types on each order.

The tag must exist on the order when it is initially downloaded from Shopify.

Often requires Shopify Flow for effective implementation.

Does not support processing payments in Lightspeed instead of Shopify. Payment must still be processed in Shopify.
