Overview
Mortar continuously updates your product and variant details from your POS based on your product settings. However, changes to your Mortar settings will not retroactively update product and variant details. If you make a change to your Mortar product settings, you can trigger updates to selected product and variant details on-demand.
To force an update of details for select products and variants, use the "Resync products & variants" bulk action to resync info like price, cost, descriptions, and more.
Note: Mortar continuously updates product and variant details to Shopify from your POS. You can force inventory updates using the "Resync products & variants" bulk action.
Be sure to check your Mortar product settings before triggering.
If you need to force an update to inventory levels for select products, use the "Resync inventory" bulk action.
Step-by-Step
Using the checkboxes, select products on the Shopify products page. The bulk action menu will appear at the bottom of the page.

Scroll down to select “Resync products & variants”
Resync product and variant details on-demand for select products
Mortar will immediately queue up to 1,000 products and variants to the next sync. Depending on the size of your current sync queues, updating the products and variants you selected may take a few minutes.
When using "Select all" or more than 1,000 products and variants are selected, they will be updated a few hundred products and variants per cycle until complete so as not to delay other parts of the sync.
